Sustainability, quality and slow food are at the heart of our philosophy: more than forty varieties of edible flowers, herbs and organic vegetables grow in our private gardens, so that every ingredient tells a story of freshness, pure and deeply connected to the land.

Hand-picked vegetables from the estate meet premium meats and seafood from the finest Italian and international suppliers — every component chosen to deepen the dish.
