From Etruscan times through the Renaissance to the present day, the region has forged some of the world's greatest artists, architects, sculptors and writers — all of it yours to explore at your own pace or with expert guidance, any time you stay with us.

Villa Marie plays its own part. Our small amphitheatre seats 80 to 150 people — thrill to a classical ensemble on a sultry summer evening, dance under a silvery moon with a live DJ, or share hearty local fare at an outdoor banquet beneath the main pergola.

Art aficionados are welcome in the Art Garden, designed especially for artists, where exhibited works blend into the estate and its surroundings.
